Outpatient Program
Outpatient Program (OP) Overview
Our Outpatient Program (OP) offers a flexible and supportive treatment option for individuals managing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This program is designed for those who require a less intensive level of care and are able to maintain their daily responsibilities while receiving therapeutic support.
Program Features
Therapy sessions and activities are conducted on a less intensive schedule to accommodate participants’ work, school, or family commitments.
Initial and ongoing assessments to develop and adjust personalized treatment plans addressing both substance use and mental health concerns.
Regular sessions with licensed therapists, utilizing evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
Provided by Adult Peer Support Specialists (APSS), these services are vital to the transition process for our clients. Individual clients are paired with an APSS as a sponsor, receiving individual mentoring as well as group mentoring sessions led by one or more Adult Peer Support Specialists.
Access to medical professionals for medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and ongoing health monitoring.
Incorporation of holistic approaches such as mindfulness, art therapy, yoga, and physical exercise to support overall well-being.
Family therapy sessions and educational programs to enhance family dynamics and support systems.
Programs focused on developing coping strategies, relapse prevention skills, and essential life skills for everyday functioning.
Services and resources to help participants pursue educational goals, including GED preparation, tutoring, and assistance with enrolling in vocational training or higher education programs.
